We usually ship out our small boxes via DHL express for countries in the Western and Central Europe. Larger boxes are shipped via DPD, as most cost effective solution. Please refer to the table below.

We are currently have the following payment options for your internet order:
Cash on Delivery
This option is available for Greece, Bulgaria, Hungary and Poland. You can pay at courier with cash or card.
Credit or debit card (Visa/Mastercard)
We use Netopia MobilPay services to process online payments with Visa / Mastercard.
The procedure is very simple! You are going to be invoiced after order is confirmed, not at checkout. We'll send you the Netopia MobilPay payment link and you can pay in a couple of clicks in a secure environment. Together with the MobilPay payment link you will receive the proforma invoice, so you can review again the order details and corectness before payment.
You can make a SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) transfer directly from your account holding bank. It will ask you for our IBAN and Swift/BIC Code. All this information will be sent to you in your order confirmation and proforma invoice. Some banks will apply a charge to transfer money across to us, so please check beforehand. An international bank transfer takes usually 1-2 working days to arrive but you’ll see the status of your order change once the transfer has arrived.
The Payment Steps:
- Once order is confirmed, we send you a proforma invoice with all Euro bank details;
- You review the proforma and do the bank transfer; Your ordered goods will be reserved for you, until we receive your payment;
- Upon payment confirmation, we dispatch the parcel to courier and inform you about tracking number;
